About Brijghat

Brijghat is situated on the banks of River Ganga at 5 km from Garhmukteshwar located at the famous pilgrimage place, about 35 km from the district headquarters, Harpud, on the National Moradabad National Highway No.24, located at Brijghat.

This place has emerged as a new place of pilgrimage. A huge historic fair is held on the Ganga Ghat on Kartik Purnima in Brijghat and the surrounding area.

On this site, the view of the evening arti of Ganga Kshatra is very interesting.

Located in the area, Vedanti Temple, Ganga Mandir, Hanuman Mandir, Gangaghat and Falahari Mataji’s Kuti are other places.

दिल्‍ली मुरादाबाद राष्‍ट्रीय राजमार्ग सं-24 पर जनपद मुख्‍यालय हापुड से लगभग 35 कि0मी0 की दूरी पर प्रसिद्ध तीर्थ स्थल गढमुक्‍तेश्‍वर से 05 किमी दूरी पर गंगा नदी के किनारे बृजघाट स्‍थल स्थित है। यह स्‍थल नवोदित तीर्थ स्‍थल के रूप में उभरा है । बृजघाट एवं आसपास के क्षेत्र में कार्तिक पूर्णिमा पर गंगा घाट पर बहुत बडा ऐतिहासिक मेला लगता है।इस स्‍थल पर गंगा किनारे सायंकालीन आरती का दृश्‍य अत्‍यन्‍त ही मनोहारी होता है। क्षेत्र में स्थित वेदान्‍त मंदिर, गंगा मंदिर, हनुमान मंदिर, गंगाघाट तथा फलाहरी माताजी की कुटी आदि अन्‍य दर्शनीय स्‍थल है।
